Dash mini waffle maker recipe book10/7/2023 I wanted to create a cookbook filled with a wide variety of simple & nutritious recipes full of amazing flavor, but not all the extra calories! I included my favorite bodyweight workouts to challenge you & make you better than the person you were yesterday. However, once I found the Dash Mini Waffle Maker, I discovered how FUN cooking actually is, & that it is possible to love food AND love my body at the same time.Įver since I overcame my eating disorder, my passion has been to help as many people as possible create healthier relationships with food & fitness. I used to believe that performing & looking my best meant that I could only eat the same boring, basic foods over & over again. Directions: Spread 1 tbsp of the Parmesan cheese on the bottom of the Dash Mini Waffle Maker. If you want to make a hard taco shell, fold the chaffle over a skewer thats across a bowl. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes (the longer you cook, the crispier the chaffle will be). Add a quarter of the mixture to the waffle maker. Whisk together eggs, pepper jack cheese, and taco seasoning. I have struggled with my relationship with food in the past. Let's unbox it and test it out by making the waffle recipe that came included with it. Whisk the egg, milk, and melted butter in a separate bowl. Heat mini waffle maker (should take 30 seconds). I believe that our energy, our mood, our skin, our personality, & our body composition is ALL greatly impacted by what is on the end of our fork.
